ClubNearby terms of service

1. Acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ClubNearby at clubnearby.com. We may update them and will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.

2. Age

You must be at least 20 years old. Creating an account is a representation of that age. We may suspend accounts that do not meet it.

3. Platform role

ClubNearby is a directory of listings and reviews. We are not the venue’s agent, we do not take bookings, and we are not a party to any meetup or payment off the site. Price, time and service scope are between you and the lister.

4. Accounts

Keep your password and devices under your control. Activity on the account is your responsibility. Do not share accounts, create them to deceive, or use automation that disrupts the service.

5. Listings and posted content

Listers warrant that photos, video and copy are theirs to use and comply with Thai law, including rules on entertainment venues, alcohol and misleading ads.

• No false price, area, age or service-scope claims
• No content involving minors, trafficking, violence or fraud
• No spam, malware or unlawful collection of other people’s data
• We may edit, hide or remove content that breaks these terms or is credibly reported

6. Reviews

Reviews should reflect a real visit. Fake reviews, baseless personal attacks and unnecessary personal data about others are not allowed. We may remove reviews that break the rules without prior notice.

7. Meetups and payments off-site

Meetups, travel, payment and services happen off ClubNearby. You assess that risk. We are not liable for accidents, mismatches or disputes off-platform. Read the listing and reviews. Do not pay in advance without evidence.

8. Intellectual property

The ClubNearby name, logo, page structure and staff-written copy belong to the operator. Do not clone the site as a competing service. You keep rights in what you post, and you license us to display, store and format it to run ClubNearby.

9. Suspension

We may limit, suspend or delete accounts and listings for breaches, repeat reports, risk to others, or legal duty. You may close an account via the contact page. Some records may be kept under the privacy policy and the law.

10. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that every listing is accurate at every moment or that the site never goes down. Our liability is limited to what Thai law requires. We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits or off-platform disputes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Disputes are subject to Thai courts, except where consumer law says otherwise.
