ClubNearby privacy policy
The operator of ClubNearby (clubnearby.com) explains how personal data is collected, used and protected under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.
1. Controller
The controller is the operator of clubnearby.com. There is no walk-in office. Send data-subject requests through the contact page with a privacy subject line.
2. What we collect
- Account data such as phone number, display name, profile photo and hashed password
- Content you post: store profiles, posts, reviews, images, video and contact text
- Usage data such as pages opened, device type and security logs
- Cookies and analytics such as Google Analytics in aggregate form
3. Purpose and legal bases
We use data to run search and listings, accounts, abuse prevention, aggregate analytics and replies when you write to us. Bases include contract, consent where required, legitimate interests and legal duty.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account is open. After closure we keep what the law or a dispute requires, then delete or irreversibly de-identify it.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete, restrict, object and withdraw consent where we rely on consent, and complain to the Thai PDPA commission. Use the contact page. We may ask you to verify identity first.
8. Security and transfers
We use encrypted connections and limit staff access. Cloud or analytics vendors may sit outside Thailand. We choose vendors that protect data at a level that fits this service.
9. People under 20
The service is not designed for anyone under 20. If we confirm we hold such data, we delete it.
10. Privacy contact
Use the contact page, choose the PDPA topic, and describe the request. We will respond within the time the law allows as far as practice permits.
